Airflow Sensor
An electronic device that is used in controlling fuel-
injected engines. Also called an air mass sensor. it
measures the amount of air flowing into the engine
at any given point in lime. it then relays the data to
the ECU (Electronic Control Unit} so that the right
amount of fuel can be injected. it uses either a flap
placed in the airflow or an electrically heated wire to
acquire the data.
