one can't visualise the snowy expanse of antartica without the penguins,but data gathered has shown that when winter sea ice dropped by 10 per cent for several years,the penguin population took a corresponding nosedive.scientists say that if the harmful effects of global warming persist,the emperor penguins could nearly wiped out.
